I'm always looking for ideas from other towns to bring to our home town. Here is a bicycle rack in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Would this be cool to see downtown, and we get sponsors to pay for them? It can be done!


Adopting angel trees at Christmas is a family tradition for us. We have the opportunity to fulfill Christmas wishes for children who otherwise would go without.


An idea from Harrisonburg down to Lexington, to get people to visit and try different breweries by winning a shirt with a passport that’s been completed. Winchester is now doing this. When I suggested it, no one was doing it in the Northern Shenandoah Valley.
